Dad used to call this The Bart Simpson Defense.

And of course, my favorite Homer excuse: I thought the policewoman was a prostitute.

I guess the only thing that comes to mind is how did his defense attorney present his case with a straight face?

The question is Imponderable.

I take it back, we’re talking about a lawyer. I’m sure he had no problem.
