Seriously, what makes this art? To my thinking, “a discussion of voyeurism and surveillance” would better be conducted by law enforcement than some perv who peeks into bathrooms.

Here’s more: 
I have now read two stories and neither has explained to me what makes this art.
The reason is, I believe, BECAUSE IT IS NOT ART.
How many more stories will I post about faux-art?
The question is Imponderable.

Totally, yet here in NYC there is a building in which you can see into the bathrooms from the outside, including the stalls when the doors are open, a “sex hotel” where you are encouraged to have sex in the windows, and similar things in Las Vegas. But none of those call it art.
