In honor of the return of 9 lost Patrick Troughton Doctor Who episodes, I’ll will unveil his list of other lost shows he wishes would be found. Also, I’ll tell you the true story of when a cop pulled me over and threatened to arrest me for buying drugs on Long Island. (For the record, I did not buy drugs, there or anywhere else.) Allan Keyes will take my Five Word Challenge, and Shirley Hemphill makes her long-overdue return to the blog.

All this, perhaps some more vague references as to why Comic Book Men on AMC will soon get a lot of ink on this site, and more, this week on bmj2k.com.

The Treasure Chest of Terrible Toys: Cthulhu

By “terrible,” I mean “fearsome and awesome in nature, evil and vile, to be dreaded and scorned.” And who else fits that bill but Kanye West Cthulhu?

Not only are these mostly homemade plush and stuffed Cthulhu items amazing, the ski hat may be the coolest thing going. Just remember, like Mr. Blog always says: “Ph’nglui mglw’nafh Cthulhu R’lyeh wgah’nagl fhtagn!” And next time you’re in Innsmouth, tell ’em Mr. Blog sent ya!
