I’ve taken to carrying a small camera wherever I go out nowadays. (Not a phone with a camera, real camera. There is no substitute.) Good thing too, since I was able to snap this sticker stuck to a pole in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Looks like it’s been there a while.

It is with a great deal of pride that The Editors and Staff of Mr. Blog’s Tepid Ride will today be honoring one of own. This very site’s Jackie “The Jokeman” Polyphemus has today been honored by an arm of the United States government. With no further ado, we turn this stage over to Jokeclops. Take it away, big guy!
That’s right, our friend and mentor will be working proudly to do, well, quite frankly we’re not sure what, but I’m sure he’ll do it with all the grace and aplomb that he comported himself with here. But don’t worry, what would bmj2k.com be without a giant mascot?
