I took this picture last year, October 29th, right after Hurricane Sandy. This is diagonally across the street from my apartment.
That poor tree on the left looks pretty bad. Let’s check in on it today and see how it is doing.
It’s beautiful how green and full of new growth it has become. Sometimes you never notice the little things right around the corner (or across the street.) Nature really is a thing of beauty, and mature always prevails.
