My grandmother is the only person I know who ever read Mary Worth. She also called the comics “the funnies.” I was so confused as a little kid because I didn’t (and still don’t) know what was supposed to be funny.

Mary Worth – Not FUNNY, but still somewhat interesting, even though Ms. Worth could be rather old – fashioned & just a tad sanctimonious.
