Every year one of my favorite comic strips, Mutts, pays homage to the San Diego Comic Con by turning its strip over to superheroes. Last week, I looked back at the last couple of years and now this week, the current run of Mutts comic cons. This series features Bip and Bop, a pair of acorn-loving squirrels. (And by “acorn-loving” I mean “they love to drop acorns on people’s heads.”) BTW- note the X-Men in their original costumes and Iron Man in a very early (and accurate) version of his armor.

I will never understand why they insist on standing under that tree.

Imponderable #102: A Chinese Ghost Story

chinese ghost story

HOW?

The woman kept going, and going, and the alley got tighter, and tighter, and still she kept going, forcing her way forward, squeezing herself forward, inch by inch, the walls scrapping her arms, pinning her limbs together, yet still she pushed forward.

That’s the kind of determination that either liberates countries from tyrants or gets you killed crossing against a red light.

The ghost part?

Sigh.

That’s all. Just sigh.

If there wasn’t video I would not believe a second of this story.

Never mind the question is Imponderable, the whole story is Imponderable.
