Love children? Then get ready to hate this kid. That’s Honey Boo Boo and I’ll introduce you to her this week. Be warned- you will want to throw your TV out the window after seeing her. Also this week, Allan Keyes dives into Google analytics, The Late Night Movie House of Crap will look at an old yet current TV commercial, and I’ll bring back an old favorite of the blog, I Found It On Ebay! This will feature the bizarre things you’d not expect to, but always do, find on eBay. All this, a Classic Repost and Saturday Comics, this week on Mr. Blog’s Tepid Ride.

And yes those acceptance speeches are still coming…

Sneak Peek of the Week of August 12th, 2012

I wish she would have warned me.

Due to an incident which I am too humble to describe (it involved a burning house, a baby, and a team of cheerleaders) I hurt my leg pretty badly and the combination of pain (bad) and painkillers (awesome) kept me away from the blogging action for most of the week. I am still going to accept the blogging awards I’ve been generously awarded, but it will wait until the week of the 19th, giving me more time to make my acceptance speeches properly humble.

This week, Allan Keyes goes retro and I’ll forego the Summer special Classic Repost for a week in favor using Tuesday to kick of a three-part event, This Is Where I Live, which will run Tuesday through Thursday. And the best part? It is already written.

Have no fear, the Imponderable and Saturday comics will still end the week on a note. High or not is up to you to decide.
