The Editors and Staff of Mr. Blog’s Tepid Ride would like to announce that, for this week only, there will be no Sneak Peek of the Week. But don’t worry, it will return next week. Rest assured that this week will continue on as normal, beginning with Fun With Teh Internets, and following through to the Imponderable and Saturday Comics.

However, today, Mr. Blog’s Tepid Ride would like to proudly pay honor to one of our own. Today, my brother, who blogs here at bmj2k.com every Monday under the name Allan Keyes, is getting married. We of course wish him and his bride, the blushing Mrs. Keyes, nothing but the best in life. So in this blog’s small way, join me in celebrating their marriage with a gallery of famous comic book (and one television) weddings.

I Was Bored

Not only was I bored, I was tired. That’s a pretty lethal combination. One second you are at your desk staring at whatever nonsense is on the screen in front of you, like this blog, and the next second you are facedown on the keyboard, left eyeball stuck on the letter r, and the computer screen filling up with rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

(Remember that when you see my next repost, probably tomorrow.) The oft-ignored and who-cares-about? motto of this blog is “Your Daily Dose of the Absurdities of the Absurd world.” So with no apologies, and with no other motivation that to keep this operation running on a daily basis, The Editors and Staff of Mr. Blog’s Tepid Ride (Home of the Mostly OK Blog) present this, the first salvo in my opening celebration of Halloween.
