Well? Which Is It?

I was driving down Bay Parkway here in Brooklyn NY the other day when I quickly snapped this picture.

which is it

Is this a grand opening? Are they going out of business? I wish they’d make up their minds.

They may have just opened, but I’d be wary about scheduling a delivery.
