Saw this nice bit of graffiti at a train station in my neck of Brooklyn. It’s been there for years, but they are finally beginning a long overdue overhaul of the station, and there’s a chance it may not be there much longer. What makes this Simpson’s related is the doughnut, of course. Almost directly opposite on the other platform is an older, faded “Homer,” but it is in generic graffiti style, and there’s no doughnut.

These pictures were taken on the deck of the Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas last week. I used the same Fujifilm Finepix XP80 as I did for the pictures I posted yesterday. This is deck 11, to be precise, which runs like a track around and above the pool deck. The first two pictures I like because of the amazing sky.
This next one appeals to me because of the symmetry of the deck chairs, all in a row. And trust me, finding this many empty beach chairs on a sunny day was a miracle.
Lastly, the names on the side of the ship have to be to be seen, but I think this gives a nice perspective of how big they really are.
