Don’t know why, but the phrase “made a man out of Mac” doesn’t sound very pleasant to my ears…

    ;-P

The strip’s text is just awesome, one of the most awkward things I’ve read in the past three years 😀

Three years? What beat this in 2008?

😀 Nothing, probably, but my memory can only go that far back 😉

Totally. My favorite is the “Later” banner. The olden day equivalent of “A Six Pack In Two Weeks!”

You almost get the impression they meant “later that day,” which is I’m sure how they wanted it.

Too bad Chuck Norris & / or Mr. T weren’t big back then. 😉

Right – also, the girl is still wearing the same bikini and hairdo 🙂
I love it all, but my favorite bit is “Gosh, what a build!” “He’s already famous for it” 😀 Now, apart from the totally unnatural wording, let’s examine the facts: OK, he’s built lots of muscles in just, say, a week or two (black magic at work here)? He’s been away from the beach for all that time, obviously, from what he says when he looks at himself in the mirror. He goes back to the beach for the first time with his new body (his girlfriend would also need a hand with her own body, by the way) and he’s already famous for that? Fame costs very little effort and spreads quickly in that area…
I won’t even mention the fact that he gets a new body just to become a violent bully himself.
          Awesome, really 😀

Demonic Steroids might very well be the next big thing! I’ll get to work on the ads immediately 😀

If no one minds shrunken testicles than those won’t be a problem.

Hitting those high notes on the ” Star – Spangled Banner ” wouldn’t be a problem anymore…..

When I was a kid I mostly read superhro comics but when I got a little older I liked the old Harvey comics (Sad Sack and Sarge, etc) and Casper and Ritchie Rich a lot of nice, simple fun.
