Mark Tansey’s “The Innocent Eye Test,” 1981
As you can tell by the artwork above, it is going to be another odd week and I promise you, not a gorilla or dinosaur in the bunch.
This week, I’ll lower my standards to talk about the truly sleazy TV show, Hardcore Pawn. Crime takes center stage in the center of the week as I ponder some cruel intentions, and we’ll try to decide if Douglas Adams was some kind of cow prophet or just ahead of his time. As always, the week ends with Saturday Comics, this time featuring the last person you’d expect to star in a comic strip.
